As a freelance art director, my clients receive big agency experience without the big agency price tag - from concept to completion. SENIOR ART DIRECTOR Heinrich Marketing, Denver, Colorado 1/96 - 3/04 Lead Creative for the Federated Department Stores account, along with various other clients. Responsibilities included all aspects of brand development, strategic planning, concepting, art direction, web media, and staff management. Consistently exceeding goals of client to maintain Heinrich's largest account for over 8 years. PRODUCTION MANAGER Digi Colorado, Denver, Colorado 5/94 - 1/96 Responsibilities included managing technical staff on all pre-press operations and film output, job scheduling, estimating, tracking, quality control of all jobs to final billing. Worked with customers as tech. support and liaison with sister company Lange Graphics on all printing decisions. PRODUCTION MANAGER/GRAPHIC DESIGNER Southeast Graphics, Pembroke Park, Florida 3/93 - 5/94 Responsible for supervision of pre-press technical staff, scheduling, job tracking, color scanning and photo retouch/manipulation with full pre-press troubleshooting duties such as trapping and client education for a four color print company. Also, established a substantial clientele and created a marketing division for SE Graphics which included creating an agency like atmosphere for several predominant clients and implementing ad campaigns into the south Florida market for such businesses. Complete layout, design, prepress, budgeting and estimating among many other duties were included. Assoc. Art Director Creative Designs and Marketing, Pembroke Park, Florida 5/91 - 3/93 Responsible for concept through design and press check on various print projects, working directly with clients along with overseeing freelance designers,copy writers, illustrators and photographers. In house duties also include full pre-press capabilities for Southeast Graphics, which on March 15,1993 bought Creative Designs.
